How our journey began

ESM Engineers is a full-service consulting engineering firm. We aim to provide our clients with electrical reliability assurance and engineered solutions for optimal equipment performance.

Our journey began providing preventative maintenance on mission-critical systems; however, we soon discovered that many system failures could have been avoided by performing quality equipment commissioning and site system integration analysis. We focused on commissioning full electrical systems in a critical path to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Since then, we expanded to provide our clients full engineering services, from conception and design to installation and system integration. We have experience providing feasibility studies, establishing project-managed deliverables, skilled labor and the engineered solutions necessary to meet our client’s needs. ESM Engineers can design, install, commission, and maintain your next critical power infrastructure.

Bryant Colino, P.E., an experienced Professional Electrical Engineer with a remarkable track record of over 20 years in the commercial, industrial, and government markets. As the founder and owner of our esteemed consulting firm, he has built ESM on the foundation of providing turn-key project solutions to our valued clients.

With an extensive background in electrical engineering, our Principal possesses a diverse skill set that covers a wide range of services. He excels in delivering expertly engineered solutions for electrical systems, ensuring efficient operation and safety. His expertise extends to troubleshooting and repairing equipment, allowing clients to maintain peak performance in their electrical infrastructure.
