This month, ESM Engineers came together for a special evening to celebrate the dedication and hard work that went into three major projects: Kinder Morgan, NRG, and Jesse R. Brown VA.

Each of these efforts pushed us to grow—technically, professionally, and as a team. From tight timelines to highly technical scopes, our engineers and project staff rose to the challenge with focus, collaboration, and commitment.

While we’re usually heads-down in drawings, deadlines, and coordination calls, the dinner offered a chance to pause and reconnect. Sharing a meal with colleagues—some of whom worked side-by-side daily, others remotely—gave us a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and to celebrate the people behind the progress.
